3 large sized bananas

3/4 cup castor sugar

1/3 cup melted butter

1/2 tsp cinnamon powder

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp Vanilla Essence

1 egg - optional

1 1/2 cups flour

1. Put peeled ripe bananas in a big bowl and mash them well till it becomes smooth. Mix butter and sugar in the mashed banana, after all the things are mixed well, add the baking powder mix flour, to the banana mixture, stir on one side till the flour mixes well.
