How to Make Whole Wheat Pav Snacks

Key Ingredients:
2 Whole wheat pav slice
2 tbsp oil
1/4 tsp asafoetida
1 tsp mustard seeds
2 tsp saunf
1 onion
2 tsp green chilli-ginger paste
2 potatoes
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp salt
2 tsp red chili powder
2 tsp green coriander
2 tsp lemon juice
Process:
1. Take oil in a pan, add asafoetida, mustard seeds and fennel seeds. Roast them together.
2.Add onion and green chili-garlic paste and fry.
3. Now add boiled potatoes, turmeric powder, salt, red chili powder and green coriander in it.
4. Mix it well and add lemon juice. Roast it and make a paste.
5.Put oil in a kadhai and keep it for heating. Take a little mixture out
of the potato mixture and make it round and keep it in a plate. After all the
balls are made, take one ball and put it in the gram flour batter and put it in
oil for frying.
6.Fry as many balls as come in the pan at a time. When they turn golden brown, take them out in a plate lined with paper napkins and fry other balls in the same way.
