How to Make Whole Wheat Pav Snacks

 Vada Pav is a popular street food of Mumbai, people of Mumbai eat Vada Pav with great fervor. Key Ingredients: 

2 Whole wheat pav slice

2 tbsp oil

1/4 tsp asafoetida

1 tsp mustard seeds

2 tsp saunf

1 onion

2 tsp green chilli-ginger paste

2 potatoes

1 tsp turmeric powder

1 tsp salt

2 tsp red chili powder

2 tsp green coriander

2 tsp lemon juice

Process:

1. Take oil in a pan, add asafoetida, mustard seeds and fennel seeds. Roast them together.

2.Add onion and green chili-garlic paste and fry.

3. Now add boiled potatoes, turmeric powder, salt, red chili powder and green coriander in it.

4. Mix it well and add lemon juice. Roast it and make a paste.

5.Put oil in a kadhai and keep it for heating. Take a little mixture out of the potato mixture and make it round and keep it in a plate. After all the balls are made, take one ball and put it in the gram flour batter and put it in oil for frying.

 6.Fry as many balls as come in the pan at a time. When they turn golden brown, take them out in a plate lined with paper napkins and fry other balls in the same way.

 7.Now take the whole wheatpav. Cut the pav in such a way that it is attached to the other side. Apply groundnut chutney on one side of the pav and green coriander chutney on the other side, put potato dumplings in the center of the pav and press it lightly, the vada pav is ready. Similarly prepare all the vada pavs.

 8.Hot and spicy Vada Pavs are ready. Serve them with green coriander chutney or tomato sauce and eat them with gusto.
