Healthy Whole Wheat Pav Recipe


Ingredients:

Whole wheat flour :1 3/4 cup 

Salt : 1/2 teaspoon 

Sugar : 2 tbsp 

Instant yeast : 1/2 tbsp 

Curd or yoghurt : 1/4 cup

Cup milk :1/2 cup

Oil : 1 tbsp. 

Procedure:

  • Combine flour, yeast, sugar, salt, gluten, and yeast in a mixing dish.
  • Combine them thoroughly.
  • Combine the milk, curd, and oil in a mixing bowl.
  • To make a slightly sticky dough, combine all of the ingredients.
  • Knead the dough for 10 minutes on the counter, until it is smooth and elastic.
  • Cover with cling film after placing in an oiled bowl and applying some oil to the dough.
  • Allow one hour or until the volume has doubled.
  • Turn it over to the counter and shape it into a square.
  • Divide the mixture into nine equal parts
  • Each one should be rolled into a tight ball.
  • Place in an 8-inch square pan that has been buttered.
  • Place all of the rolls in the pan.
  • Set aside for 20 minutes, covered.
  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  • Apply a milk wash to the buns and bake for 20–30 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
  • In few minutes whole wheat pav will be ready
  • Remove from the oven and place on a wire rack to cool.
  • Cool completely before storing in an airtight jar.
