Home Made Multigrain Bread Sandwich Recipe


Ingredients :

5-6 - Slice of Multigrain Bread

2 tsp - mayonnaise

1/2 bowl - green chutney

1 tsp - chaat masala

1 tsp - black pepper (crushed)

1 tsp - red chili (crushed)

1/4 cup - Corn (boiled)

1 - Onion (finely chopped)

1 - Carrot (grated)

1 - Tomato (finely chopped)

1 - Green chili (finely chopped)

salt - as per taste

Butter - as required

Process of multigrain bread sandwich :

First of all, take a mixing bowl, put mayonnaise in it, then add onion, carrot, tomato, corn, green chili, black pepper and salt and mix it well.

After that put green chutney or any sauce of your choice on the bread and keep the mixture on the bread and sprinkle some crushed red chili and chaat masala on it, then apply green chutney on the second bread slice and keep the mixture on the bread.

Then take a grill pan, put butter in it, then place the bread on top of the butter and bake it till it becomes crispy from both the sides.

After that serve nutritious multigrain bread sandwich and enjoy.
